• It’s safe to put food on!
• Handwash only-dishwashers will dry out and crack the wood
• Use food safe cutting board conditioner to keep it going for a long time 
• I’ve conditioned it with a 100% food grade mineral oil (bayes home care brand) before shipping it out to you.
